01General Terms & Conditions

Zeet (https://zeet.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform operating under a licence from an international gaming commission. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Zeet and its users. By registering or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all of these terms.

Zeet's terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered authoritative. However, we have presented all terms in plain Bengali for the convenience of Bengali-speaking users.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on Zeet, the following conditions must be met. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

• Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID or passport may be requested at any stage of registration for age verification.
• One Account Policy: Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: Your name, address, phone number, and payment details must be accurate and belong to you personally.
• Password Security: Keeping your login credentials secure is your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals. Failure to submit the necessary documents on time may result in a payment hold.
• Information Update: If any of your personal details change, please notify Zeet Support immediately.

03Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Zeet. Any violation of the betting rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
• Odds Changes: Zeet reserves the right to change odds at any time. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Each market has a maximum bet limit in place. This limit cannot be exceeded.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Technical Issues: If a bet is affected by a server error or network issue, Zeet's decision will be final and binding.
• Manipulated Odds: Zeet reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The latest odds will be displayed before any bet is accepted, and confirmation will only be made once the user has given consent.

04Payments & Withdrawals

Zeet supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other popular payment methods. All transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Verified KYC accounts receive faster payouts.
• Payment Matching: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

05Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking: Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to Zeet's systems is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Use: Placing bets on behalf of, or in the name of, another person is strictly prohibited.

07Account Closure & Suspension

Zeet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• As required by law or regulatory directive.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
